Education Melbourne introduces Challis Early Childhood Education Centre in Armadale, for all your education and learning needs.
The Challis Cluster encompasses Challis Early Childhood Education Centre (ECEC) and Challis Primary School (CPS). Whilst the schools are co-located on a Department of Education site in Armadale, they have until now been completely independent bodies serving many of the same families. Sharing the site with both schools is Challis Parenting and Early Learning Centre (CPELC) which is jointly funded and managed by both schools.
Challis Early Childhood Education Centre is an Independent Public School providing education for children from Kindergarten to Year 2. As Specialists in Early Learning we focus on developing Literacy, Numeracy and Social Skill development
Challis Primary School is also an Independent Public School providing a balanced educational program for children from Year 3 to Year 7.
Challis Parenting and Early Learning Centre is an integrated and comprehensive multi-agency school and community resource focused on Early Learning and Family Support located on the school premises. It provides programmes for children from 0 - 3 years and support programmes and services for their carers. It is a model of interagency collaboration and is being developed as a hub of service delivery. It is funded jointly by both of the Challis schools.
Welcome to Challis Early Childhood Education Centre one of the popular educators in your Armadale area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
