    YOGA CLASSES at THE YOGA ROOM Hatha yoga classes in pleasantly quiet surrounds with all equipment supplied. Plenty of parking on site.Small class sizes with a maximum of 10 students. Full sessions run for 1.5 hours and this includes the practice of Asanas (postures0, Pranayama (breathing techniques and Relaxation / Meditation. Ideal classes for beginners or those new to yoga and for anyone wishing to improve their health and well being - body, mind and soul. CLASSES: Term 1, 2012 starts 1st February. Wednesday 9.30am Gentle Yoga for Seniors Wednesday 6.00pm Healthy Hatha Thursday 9.30am Restorative Hatha Thursday 6.00pm Healthy Hatha
